The Bloomington Crime Prevention Association (BCPA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, serving Bloomington since 1981.
The primary purpose of the BCPA is to raise money for community-based crime prevention programs aligned with our mission of crime prevention in Bloomington.
The BCPA is run by a volunteer Board of Directors of 6 to 20 individuals elected to serve two year terms.
We are best known for our annual fundraiser, the Book'Em Used Book Sale, one of the largest used book sales in the Midwest.
