Rare & Vintage Book'Em Finds
Unique Book’Em Finds All Year-Round
Along with the thousands of everyday favorites at the Book’Em Used Book Sale, we also discover remarkable vintage books among the donations that carry a little extra history and charm. When these rare finds don’t sell at the sale, we make them available year-round through our eBay store.
With the help of one of our volunteers, we’ve listed dozens of carefully verified rare and one-of-a-kind titles online. Each listing is marked with “BCPA” at the end of the title so you can easily identify them.
Proceeds from these sales support crime prevention efforts in Bloomington, with a portion covering listing fees. Because these books are rare and distinctive, prices are higher than our regular sale items — but they also come with bragging rights for having one of the coolest books on the shelf.

Book’Em Sale Update
After an extensive search, we were unable to secure a site for a 2026 sale. Because of the size and support of our event, we require a large space with specific features — and we’re continuing to look ahead to 2027.
Even with a delay in the next sale, we are excited to still offer grant funding in Fall 2026 to support crime prevention in our community.
Since we do not have space for storing donations between sales we cannot accept books, puzzles and other great Book’Em treasures right now.
